Notice of Assignment and Acknowledgement. The Account Bank agrees that promptly upon receipt of acknowledgement of a notice of assignment signed by the Issuer, in (or substantially in) the form of notice set out in Schedule 6 (Form of Notice of Assignment To Issuer's Account Bank) hereto, the Account Bank shall sign and duly return to the Issuer, with a copy to the Trustee, the acknowledgement contained therein.
