Notice of Award of Contract. Within sixty (60) days after receipt of Bids, the Owner will notify the successful Bidder of the award of the Contract. Should the Owner require additional time to award a Contract, the time may be extended by the mutual agreement between the Owner and the successful Bidder. If an award of Contract has not been made within 60 days from the Bid date or within the extension mutually agreed upon, the Bidder may withdraw the Bid without further liability on the part of either party.

Product Data - Illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the work. Project Manual - A volume or volumes usually assembled to describe the work which may include bidding requirements, sample forms, the Contract, and specifications.
