Notice of Award of Contract. A. A written Notice of Award of Contract will notify the successful offeror of acceptance of its proposal. The successful offeror shall not undertake any work, and the Town will not be responsible for payment of any work whatsoever undertaken by the successful offeror prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
B. The successful offeror shall be required to execute a formal contract before work can proceed.
