Notice of Bankruptcy. As soon as Participant has knowledge of its intention to file bankruptcy, or no later than seven days prior to the actual filing of a voluntary bankruptcy petition, Participant shall notify the Department of its intention to file a bankruptcy petition. In the case of an involuntary bankruptcy petition, Participant shall give notice to the Department as soon as it acquires knowledge of such petition.
