Notice of Borrowing; Competitive Bid Loans; Letter of Credit Request. (a) Prior to the making of each Loan (excluding Swingline Loans and Competitive Bid Loans), the Administrative Agent shall have received a Notice of Borrowing meeting the requirements of Section 1.03(a). Prior to the making of any Swingline Loan, the Swingline Lender shall have received the notice required by Section 1.03(b)(i). Prior to the making of any Competitive Bid Loans, all of the applicable conditions specified in Section 1.04 shall have been satisfied.
