Notice of Borrowing; Letter of Credit Request. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Notice of Borrowing meeting the requirements of Section 1.02 with respect to the incurrence of Term Loans or Revolving Loans, as the case may be, or a Letter of Credit Request meeting the requirements of Section 2.03 with respect to the issuance of a Letter of Credit.
