Common use of Notice of Borrowing Clause in Contracts

Notice of Borrowing. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Notice of Borrowing from the Borrower in accordance with Section 2.3(a), and a Notice of Account Designation specifying the account or accounts to which the proceeds of any Loans made on or after the Closing Date are to be disbursed.

Notice of Borrowing. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Notice of Borrowing from the Borrower Borrowers in accordance with Section 2.3(a) (if any Loans will be made on the Closing Date), and a Notice of Account Designation specifying the account or accounts to which the proceeds of any Loans made on or after the Closing Date are to be disbursed.

The Administrative Agent shall have received a Notice of Revolving Credit Borrowing from the Borrower (if applicable) in accordance with Section 2.3(a2.2(a), the Notice of Term Loan Borrowing in accordance with Section 3.2 and a the Notice of Account Designation specifying the account or accounts to which the proceeds of any Loans made on or after the Closing Date are to be disbursedDesignation.

Notice of Borrowing. The Administrative Agent shall have received from the Borrower a Notice of Revolving Credit Borrowing from the Borrower in accordance with Section 2.3(a), ) and a Notice of Account Designation specifying the account or accounts to which the proceeds of any Loans made on or after the Closing Date are to be disbursed.
