Notice of Breach; Cure and Repurchase. (a) Pursuant to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, the Mortgage Loan Seller and the Company shall be given notice of any Breach or Document Defect that materially and adversely affects the value of such Mortgage Loan or the interests of the holders of the Certificates therein.
