NOTICE OF BREACHES TO SECURED PARTIES. In the event Licensor gives written notice to Licensee of a breach of its obligations under this Agreement, Licensor shall forthwith furnish a copy of the notice to each Secured Party that has been identified by written notice to Licensor by Licensee. To facilitate the operation of this Section, Licensee shall at all times keep Licensor provided with an up-to-date list of Secured Parties.
