Notice of Cancellation by Group. If Employer Group decides to terminate its coverage with Plan, it shall notify Plan in writing of its intent to terminate at least 31 calendar days prior to the requested termination date. If Employer Group does not notify Plan before the first day of the Grace Period outlined in Section 5.1, Employer Group will be financially responsible for the full month's Premium for coverage provided during any portion of the Grace Period. Employer groups participating in Covered California’s CCSB program shall notify Covered California of its intention to terminate in accordance with the policies and standards established by Covered California. Employer groups participating in the CaliforniaChoice Program shall notify CaliforniaChoice of its intention to terminate in accordance with the policies and standards established by CaliforniaChoice.
