Notice of Cancellation/Coverage Reduction. Licensor shall insure that each insurance policy required under this Section 4.7 shall contain a "notice of cancellation/coverage reduction" provision requiring the insurer to give at least thirty (30) days prior written notice to Licensee of the cancellation of and/or material change to (including, but not limited to, a reduction in coverage under such insurance policy) its insurance policy.
