Common use of Notice of Casualty Clause in Contracts

Notice of Casualty. If any Improvements shall be destroyed or damaged in whole or in substantial part by fire or other casualty (including any casualty for which insurance was not obtained or obtainable) of any kind or nature, ordinary or extraordinary, foreseen or unforeseen (a “Casualty”), Tenant shall give to Landlord prompt written notice thereof (a “Damage Notice”).
