DEFAULT UNDER OTHER LEASE. It shall be a Default under this Lease if Tenant or any Affiliate holding any other lease with Landlord for premises in the Project defaults under such lease and as a result thereof such lease is terminated or terminable.

DEFAULT UNDER OTHER LEASE. Any default under this Lease shall automatically constitute a default under any other lease made by Tenant, or any of its assignees, affiliates, subtenants of any other space within the Building or on any other part of the Property, including, but not limited to, the lease of space in the office building located on the Property, without requirement of further notice under any such other lease. If the term of any other lease made by Tenant for any premises in the Building or under any other lease affecting the Property shall be terminated after the making of this Lease because of any default by Tenant under such other lease, Landlord, at its option, may terminate this Lease by written notice to Tenant.
