DEFAULT UNDER OTHER LEASE. It shall be a Default under this Lease if Tenant or any Affiliate holding any other lease with Landlord for premises in the Project defaults under such lease and as a result thereof such lease is terminated or terminable.
DEFAULT UNDER OTHER LEASE. If the term of any lease (other than this Lease) made by Tenant for any demised premises in the Building shall be terminated or terminable after the making of this Lease, because of any default by Tenant under such other lease, such fact shall empower Landlord, at Landlord's sole option, to declare this Lease to be in default by written notice to Tenant.

DEFAULT UNDER OTHER LEASE. 24.1 If the term of any lease, other than this Lease, made by Lessee, for the Leased Premises or any part thereof, or for any other space in the Building shall be terminated or terminable after the making of this Lease, because of any default by Lessee under such other lease, such fact shall empower Lessor, at Lessor's sole option, to terminate this Lease by notice to Lessee and/or to exercise any of the remedies set forth in Section 15.
DEFAULT UNDER OTHER LEASE. If the terms of any lease, other than this Lease, made by LESSEE for any other space in Building II, shall be terminated or terminable after the making of this Lease because of any default by LESSEE under such other Lease, such default shall, ipso facto, constitute a default hereunder and empower LESSOR, at LESSOR'S sole option, to terminate this Lease as herein provided in the event of default.

DEFAULT UNDER OTHER LEASE. Tenant agrees for Tenant and Tenant's heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns and all persons claiming under or through Tenant, and this Lease is made and accepted upon and subject to the following conditions: that there shall be no discrimination against or segregation of any person or group of persons on account of race, color, creed, religion, sex, marital status, national origin or ancestry (whether in the leasing, subleasing, transferring, use, occupancy, tenure or enjoyment of the Premises or otherwise) nor shall Tenant or any person claiming under or through Tenant establish or permit any such practice or practices of discrimination or segregation with reference to the use or occupancy of the Premises by Tenant or any person claiming through or under Tenant.

DEFAULT UNDER OTHER LEASE. Any default under this Lease shall automatically constitute a default under any other lease made by Tenant, or any of its assignees, affiliates, subtenants of any other space within the Building or on any other part of the Property, including, but not limited to, the lease of space in the office building located on the Property, without requirement of further notice under any such other lease. If the term of any other lease made by Tenant for any premises in the Building or under any other lease affecting the Property shall be terminated after the making of this Lease because of any default by Tenant under such other lease, Landlord, at its option, may terminate this Lease by written notice to Tenant.
DEFAULT UNDER OTHER LEASE. Tenant is in Default (as such term is defined in the Other Lease) under that certain Lease Agreement dated as of even date herewith between Landlord and Tenant with respect to certain premises located at 000 Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, XX ("Other Lease").
