Notice of Certain Changes. Promptly, but in any event within ten (10) Business Days after the execution thereof (or such later date as the Administrative Agent may agree in its sole discretion) unless earlier notice is required by Section 8.01(m), copies of any amendment, modification or supplement to the certificate or articles of incorporation, by-laws or any other organic document of the Parent, OP LLC, the Borrower, any Restricted Subsidiary or any DevCo.
