Provide Agent with not less than fifteen (15) days prior written notice of any (a) amendment, modification or other change to any Obligor's Organic Documents, (b) Obligor conducting business under a fictitious name, (c) change to any Obligor's tax, charter or other organizational identification number, (d) change of the form of any Obligor, or (e) change to any Obligor's name or jurisdiction of organization; provided that in no event shall any Obligor that is organized under the laws of a jurisdiction in the United States change its jurisdiction of organization to a jurisdiction outside of the United States.
