Notice of Certain Changes. Borrower shall: (a) notify the Administrative Agent at least ten (10) Banking Days prior to the occurrence of any change in the name or business form of Borrower; and (b) take all actions necessary or reasonably requested by Agent in order to maintain the perfected status of the first lien and security interest of Agent and the Syndication Parties (subject only to Permitted Encumbrances) in the Collateral.
