Notice of Certain Changes. Borrower shall: (a) notify Agent at least ten (10) Business Days prior to the occurrence of any change in the name or business form of Borrower; and (b) take all actions necessary or reasonably requested by Agent in order to maintain the perfected status of Agent's first lien and security interest (subject only to Permitted Encumbrances and to the Intercreditor Agreement) in the Collateral.
