Promptly, (i) notice of any change in the business conducted by any Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries, (ii) copies of any amendment, restatement, supplement or other modification to any of the Constituent Documents of any Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries and (iii) notice of any change in the information provided in the Beneficial Ownership Certification that would result in a change to the list of beneficial owners identified in parts (c) or (d) of such certification;
