Notice of Certain Defaults. If either Party becomes aware of any breach of, or default under, any contract, agreement or other instrument, which breach or default adversely affects or could reasonably be expected to adversely affect the Properties or this Agreement, then such Party shall promptly provide the other Party with written notice thereof.
