Common use of Notice of Change in Debt Rating Clause in Contracts

Notice of Change in Debt Rating. Within two (2) Business Days after Standard & Poor's or Xxxxx'x announces a change in Hovnanian's Debt Rating, notice of such change. Hovnanian will deliver together with such notice a copy of any written notification which Hovnanian received from the applicable rating agency regarding such change of Debt Rating. 7.3.7.
