Notice of Change in Debt Rating. Within five (5) Business Days after a change in the Debt Rating of NJNG, notice of such change. The Borrower will deliver, together with such notice, a copy of any written notification which Borrower or NJNG received from the applicable rating agency regarding such change of Debt Rating.
