Notice of Change in Principal Account. The Trustee shall give prompt written notice to the Depositor and the Evaluator (if separate from the Depositor) of all amounts credited to or withdrawn from the Principal Account of any Trust Fund pursuant to any of the provisions of this Article III, and the balance in such Account after giving effect to the credit or withdrawal.
