Common use of NOTICE OF CHANGE OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICE Clause in Contracts

NOTICE OF CHANGE OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICE. Lessee will give Owner Participant, Owner Trustee and Mortgagee timely written notice (but in any event within 30 days prior to the expiration of the period of time specified under applicable Law to prevent lapse of perfection) of any relocation of its chief executive office (as such term is defined in Article 9 of the UCC) from its then present location and will promptly take any action required by Section 7.1.3(c) as a result of such relocation.

NOTICE OF CHANGE OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICE. Lessee Owner will give Owner Participant, Owner Trustee and Mortgagee timely written notice (but in any event within 30 days prior to the expiration of the period of time specified under applicable Law to prevent lapse of perfection) of any relocation of its chief executive office (as such term is defined in Article 9 of the UCC) from its then present location and will promptly take any action required by Section 7.1.3(c6.1.3(c) as a result of such relocation.

Lessee will give Owner Participant, Owner Trustee and Mortgagee timely written notice (but in any event within 30 days prior to the expiration of the period of time specified under applicable Law to prevent lapse of perfection) of any relocation change of its chief executive office location (as such term is defined used in Article 9 Section 9-307 of the UCC) from its then present location and will promptly take any action required by Section 7.1.3(c) as a result of such relocation.

Lessee will give to Owner Participant, Owner Trustee Trustee, and Mortgagee timely written notice of (but in any event within 30 90 days prior to the expiration of the period of time specified under applicable Law to prevent lapse of perfectionafter) of any relocation of its chief executive office (as such term is defined in UCC Article 9 of the UCC) from its then present location 9), and will promptly take any action required by Section ss. 7.1.3(c) as a result of such sucH relocation.
