NOTICE OF CHANGE OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICE. First Security, in its individual capacity and as Owner Trustee, will give Lessee, each Participant and Mortgagee 30 days' prior written notice of any relocation of its chief executive office (as such term is defined in Article 9 of the UCC) from its then present location and will promptly take any action required by Section 7.3.8 as a result of such relocation.
