Customer immediately shall notify Company upon its receipt of any information that might adversely affect the Company, including, but not limited to, notices of any claims or proceedings that involve Service, and Customer promptly shall notify Company of any problem relating to Service or Service performance and reasonably co-operate with Company in repairing the Service problem.
