NOTICE OF CLASSROOM EVALUATION. The Department Chair may require that a classroom evaluation of Member’s teaching be conducted. The Member shall be provided with the reasons for such a classroom evaluation and shall be given a minimum of two (2) calendar days’ notice of the evaluation. The Chair shall conduct the evaluation unless the Chair and the Member agree that it be conducted by a third person.
