Common use of Notice of Consideration Clause in Contracts

Notice of Consideration. Not less than 30 days prior to the date of such meeting the Company shall provide Executive and each member of the Board written notice (a "Notice of Consideration") of (x) a detailed description of the acts or omissions alleged to constitute Cause, (y) the date, time and location of such meeting of the Board, and (z) Executive's rights under clause (3) below.
