Notice of Contributions Other Than Advances for Sale of Production. Each Party shall promptly notify the other Parties of all offers of contributions that it may obtain, or contributions it is attempting to obtain, for the drilling of a well or the conducting of an operation on the Contract Area. Payments received as consideration for entering into a contract for the sale of Hydrocarbon production from the Contract Area, loans, and other financial arrangements shall not be considered contributions for the purpose of this Article 21. No Party shall release or obligate itself to release Confidential Data in return for a contribution from a third party without prior written consent of the Participating Parties or Parties having the right to participate in the well.
