Common use of Notice of convictions Clause in Contracts

Notice of convictions. The Tenant must give immediate notice to the Landlord and the Superior Landlord of any conviction, judgment or finding of any court or tribunal relating to the Tenant, or any member, director, other officer or major shareholder of the Tenant, or any partner in the partnership, of such a nature as to be likely to affect the decision of any insurer or underwriter to grant or to continue any insurance.
