The Custodian shall promptly notify the Funds in writing by facsimile transmission or such other manner as the Funds may designate, if, for any reason: (a) the Custodian determines that it is unable to perform any of its duties or obligations hereunder or its duties or obligations with respect to any repurchase transaction; or (b) the Custodian reasonably foresees that it will be unable to perform any such duties or obligations.
