Notice of Damage or Emergency. The Power Producer shall (a) promptly notify Procurer if it becomes aware of any damage to or loss of the use of the Project or that could reasonably be expected to adversely affect the Project, (b) immediately notify Procurer once it becomes aware of any event or circumstance that poses an imminent risk to human health, the environment, the Project or the Premises.
