Common use of Notice of Damage Clause in Contracts

Notice of Damage. Tenant will notify Landlord promptly after Tenant learns of (a) any fire or other casualty in the Premises; (b) any damage to or defect in the Premises, including the fixtures and equipment in the Premises, for the repair of which Landlord might be responsible; and (c) any damage to or defect in any parts of appurtenances of the Building's sanitary, electrical heating, air conditioning, elevator or other systems located in or passing through the Premises.

Tenant will notify Landlord promptly after Tenant learns of (a) any fire or other casualty in the PremisesPremises or the Common Areas; (b) any damage to or defect in the Premises, Building, or Common Areas, including the any fixtures and or equipment in or serving the Premisessame, which was caused by Tenant or its subtenants, or their respective agents, employees, contractors or invitees, or for the repair of which Landlord might be responsible; and (c) any damage to or defect in any parts of or appurtenances of the Building's sanitary, electrical heating, air conditioning, elevator or other systems Equipment located in or passing through the Premises.
