Common use of Notice of Disposition Clause in Contracts

Notice of Disposition. The Participant agrees to notify Tracker of --------------------- any sale or other disposition of any shares of Common Stock received upon exercise of the Option if such sale or disposition occurs within two years after the Award Date or within one year after the date of exercise of the Option.
