Notice of Dispute and Manner of Dispute Resolution. 41.1.1 Either Party may notify the other Party in writing of a Dispute (a “Dispute Notice”). The Parties shall attempt to resolve the Dispute amicably in accordance with the amicable resolution procedure set forth in Clause 41.2.
