Notice of Errors. If you think a receipt is wrong or you have a question concerning a Card transaction, call us toll free at 0-000-000-0000, or write to: Cardholder Services, XX Xxx 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxx, XX, 00000-0000 or visit xxx.xxxx-xxxxxxx.xxx as soon as you can. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after the transaction date and you must provide the following information: (i) your name and Card number; (ii) a description of the error or the transaction you are unsure about and an explanation as to why you believe it is an error or why you need more information and (iii) the dollar amount of the suspected error. If you tell us orally, we may require that you send us your complaint or question in writing within 5 business days.
