Notice of Event Milestone Achievement; Milestone Payments. Licensee shall notify Inhibrx in writing within [***] following the achievement of each milestone event set forth in Section 4.4. Inhibrx shall submit an invoice to Licensee for each milestone payment that corresponds to the achievement of any milestone event upon receipt of such notifications, and Licensee shall make the corresponding milestone payment within [***] after receipt of such invoice.
