Notice of Exchange Act Reportable Events. The Seller hereby agrees to deliver to the Purchaser and the Trustee any disclosure information relating to any event, specifically relating to the Seller, reasonably determined in good faith by the Purchaser as required to be reported on Form 8-K, Form 10-D or Form 10-K by the Trust Fund (in formatting reasonably appropriate for inclusion in such form) insofar as such disclosure is required under Items 1117 and 1119 of Regulation AB and Item 1.03 to From 8-K. The Seller shall use reasonable efforts to deliver proposed disclosure language relating to any event, specifically relating to the Seller, described under Items 1117 and 1119 of Regulation AB and Item 1.03 to From 8-K to the Trustee and the Purchaser as soon as reasonably practicable after the Seller becomes aware of such event and in no event more than two business days following the occurrence of such event if such event is reportable under Item 1.03
