Notice of Force Majeure; Obligations of Parties During Force  Majeure Event. Each Party agrees to give the other Party prompt written notice of the occurrence of any Force Majeure Event, the nature thereof, and the extent to which the affected Party will be unable to fully perform its obligations under this Agreement. Each Party further agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to correct the Force Majeure Event as quickly as practicable and to give the other Party prompt written notice when it is again fully able to perform such obligations. In the event that the Force Majeure cannot be corrected quickly, the parties will work together to ensure that the Services will carry forward to the extent practicable, even if this means transfer of materials to another facility on a temporary or permanent basis. Any proceeds received from Business interruption or similar insurance will be applied to this action.
