Common use of NOTICE OF IMMEDIATE TERMINATION Clause in Contracts

NOTICE OF IMMEDIATE TERMINATION. If this Agreement is terminated by CITY LOOKS pursuant to Article 6.5 above, CITY LOOKS will give the FRANCHISEE written notice, unless applicable law provides to the contrary, that this Agreement is terminated and in that event the effective date of termination of this Agreement will be the day the written notice of termination is given to the FRANCHISEE.
