Notice of Implementation. 2.1. The Owner/Developer shall notify the Council in writing of Implementation of the Development within seven (7) Working Days of such Implementation. 2.2. For the purposes of paragraph 2.1 above, the Council shall accept a CIL Commencement Notice as notice of Implementation.
