Common use of Notice of Infringement or Misappropriation Clause in Contracts

Notice of Infringement or Misappropriation. It has not received any written notice from any Third Party asserting or alleging that any use of the Licensed Compound or any development of the Licensed Product would infringe, misappropriate or otherwise violate the intellectual property rights of such Third Party;

Notice of Infringement or Misappropriation. It has not received any notice, written notice or otherwise, from any Third Party asserting or alleging that any use the Commercialization of the Licensed Compound Products in the Collaboration Territory would infringe or any development of the Licensed Product would infringe, misappropriate or otherwise violate the intellectual property rights of such Third Party;

Notice of Infringement or Misappropriation. It has not received any written notice from any Third Party asserting or alleging that (i) any use research or development of a Licensed Product by Synergy prior to the Effective Date infringed or misappropriated the intellectual property rights of such Third Party, or (ii) the Development or Commercialization of the Licensed Compound Products in the Luoxin Territory would infringe or any development of the Licensed Product would infringe, misappropriate or otherwise violate the intellectual property rights of such Third Party;

Notice of Infringement or Misappropriation. It has not received any written notice from any Third Party asserting or alleging that (i) any use research, development, manufacture, or commercialization of a Licensed Product by Genfit prior to the Effective Date infringed or misappropriated the intellectual property rights of such Third Party, or (ii) the Development, Manufacture, or Commercialization of the Licensed Compound Products in the Terns Territory would infringe or any development of the Licensed Product would infringe, misappropriate or otherwise violate the intellectual property rights of such Third Party;
