Common use of Notice of Insufficient Appropriations Clause in Contracts

Notice of Insufficient Appropriations. Where the City intends to reduce the amount of its Funding under the Agreement, it shall give the Recipient notice of its intention to do so. Where, as a result of reduction in Funding, the Recipient is unable or unwilling to complete the Project, the Recipient may, upon notice to the City, terminate this Agreement, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
