Notice of Intended Withdrawal. Ordinarily, you may withdraw funds from your interest bearing checking account or savings account without giving us advance notice. Under Federal law, we must reserve the right to require you to give us seven (7) calendar days prior notice of your intent to withdraw funds from these kinds of accounts. This advance notice requirement will not apply to you unless the same notice were required of all of our customers with accounts of the same type.
