Notice of Intent to Layoff. (a) At least eight (8) working days prior to issuing notice of intent to layoff, the University shall meet with the Union to discuss the actions being considered, the reasons for the actions, alternatives, if any, and the impact on employees. The University shall provide the Union with at least two (2) working days notice of this meeting.
