Notice of Intent to Participate. If an Original Investor wishes to participate in any sale under this Article 7, such Original Investor shall notify Shareholder and the Company in writing of such intention as soon as practicable after the Original Investor's receipt of the notice made pursuant to Section 7.01, and in any event within twenty (20) days after the date of receipt of the notice.
