Notice of Discipline. All notices of disciplinary action shall include a statement of the reasons therefore and a statement advising the employee that the action is subject to the BOT-UFF Policy on Neutral, Internal Resolution of Policy Disputes and may, in the event of an allegation of a violation of the BOT- UFF Agreement, be subject to the grievance procedure thereunder. All such notices shall be sent certified mail, return receipt requested, or delivered in person to the employee with written documentation of receipt obtained.
Notice of Discipline. (a) All Notices of Disciplinary Action will include a statement of the reasons therefor and a statement that the action is subject to Article 22 (Grievance Procedure and Arbitration).
(b) All such notices will be sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, or delivered in person to the faculty member with written documentation of receipt obtained.
Notice of Discipline. A notice of disciplinary action shall be served on the employee by the appropriate administrator in person or by certified mail at the employee's last known address. Refer to Provision 9.5, "Respond and File" for determination of the date the employee is to use to calculate the timeline for appealing under the appropriate administrative procedure.
Notice of Discipline. When disciplinary action is taken against an Employee, the Employee and the Union shall be notified in writing as to the reason(s) for such action. Further, when an Employee is disciplined or terminated, a copy of the document setting out the discipline or termination shall be forwarded to the Union within five (5) days of presentation to the Employee (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Named Holidays) unless provided to a Membership Services Officer at such meeting.
Notice of Discipline. The Town will provide the employee with a written Notice of Discipline, which will contain all charges and specifications and the penalty. Simultaneously, a copy of the notice will be sent to the UPSEU representative.

After the Xxxxxx meeting or written response, the Xxxxxx Officer shall make a recommendation to the Superintendent/President as to whether the proposed discipline should be sustained, overruled or modified. The Superintendent/President shall then prepare a notice of discipline to the unit member (assuming that the discipline is either sustained or modified) which shall contain the following elements:
1. That, after carefully considering the response of the unit member and/or his/her representative, the proposed discipline or modified discipline is being imposed and the date the discipline will be effective. The unit member will be taken off the payroll on the effective date of the discipline if a suspension or termination is imposed.
2. The specific grounds which support the disciplinary action as set forth in Section 19.2.
3. The acts or omissions (i.e. the facts) which support the grounds for the disciplinary action.
4. All documents in support of the action will be attached.
5. Reference to any prior discipline which is relevant to the discipline.
6. The unit member’s right to a hearing before the District’s Board of Trustees to challenge the discipline. The notice will inform the unit member that he/she shall be given ten (10) calendar days in which to request a hearing before the District’s Board of Trustees.
Notice of Discipline. Notice of suspension shall be made in writing and served in person or by certified mail upon the unit member. A copy shall be provided to the Association President. The notice of suspension shall contain a statement in ordinary language of the specific acts or omissions upon which the action is based, any rule or regulation alleged to have been violated, proposed penalty, and the proposed duration of suspension. The unit member shall be given a copy of any written charges and materials on which the action is based and a statement of the unit member’s right to respond.
