Common use of Notice of Intent to Purchase or Condemn Clause in Contracts

Notice of Intent to Purchase or Condemn. The City shall provide the Company no less than one (1) year’s prior written notice of its intent to purchase or condemn Company Facilities. Nothing in this Section shall be deemed or construed to constitute a consent by the Company to the City’s purchase or condemnation of Company Facilities, nor a waiver of any Company defenses or challenges related thereto.
