The Secretary of State may at any time give written notice of his intention to terminate the Agreement where the Chief Inspector has made a report under section 124(4)(a) or 125(4)(a) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 and stated that he does not consider the education or training inspected in the 16 to 19 Academy to be of a quality adequate to meet the reasonable needs of those receiving it;
