Common use of Notice of Investigation Clause in Contracts

Notice of Investigation. Neither of the parties to this Agreement shall have received written notice from any governmental body of the institution of any investigation to restrain, enjoin or nullify this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby (other than a routine letter of inquiry, including a routine Civil Investigative Demand).

Neither of the parties to this Agreement shall have received written notice from any governmental body of the institution of (1) its intention to institute any investigation action or proceeding to restrain, restrain or enjoin or nullify this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby hereby, or to commence any investigation (other than a routine letter of inquiry, including a routine Civil Investigative Demand)) into the consummation of this Agreement or (2) the actual commencement of such an investigation.
