Common use of Notice of Issuance; Application Clause in Contracts

Notice of Issuance; Application. The applicable Borrower shall give the applicable Fronting Bank and the Administrative Agent written notice, or telephonic notice confirmed in writing, in any case, at least two (2) Business Days (or such shorter period as such Fronting Bank may agree in its sole discretion) prior to the requested Date of Issuance of a Letter of Credit, such notice to be in substantially the form of Exhibit D hereto (a “Letter of Credit Request”). Such Borrower shall also execute and deliver such customary letter of credit application forms as requested from time to time by such Fronting Bank.
