Notice of Laws. Company shall ensure that its implementation and use of the Services complies with all laws and regulations applicable to Company's business, geographic locations and geographic locations of its customers and users, and shall inform ECHEZ if such compliance requires any modification to ECHEZ's standard Services o"erings. Upon Company’s request, ECHEZ will endeavor to support Company's specific requirements for compliance with Applicable Laws and regulations, and any modification to ECHEZ's standard Services o"erings requested or required by Company may require professional services work by ECHEZ and/or additional fees.
